Q1. Is AcuNetx a public company? If so, where is it traded? A1. AcuNetx began trading on the Bulletin Board in 1991. Prior to 1991 it was listed on the VSE. The company has 65,429,309 shares outstanding.
Q2. Who are your competitors? A2. Competition is to be expected. However, AcuNetx's products are narrowly targeted, e.g., workplace safety; DUI, et al.. And as a result, face little competition in their respective markets.
Q3. What makes your products better? A3 High standards and careful engineering assure the quality of our products and is at the bottom of their continued success.
Q4. If what I read is true, the HawkEye VCS may indeed improve highway safety. Which police departments are using it?
A4. More than 75 police departments have adopted the HawkEye. Many more are expected to follow in the months and years ahead. Some of the most notable are: Houston PD, California Highway Patrol, Pennsylvania State Patrol, US Army, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Louisiana State Patrol, North Caroline State Patrol, et al.
Q5. Is VisioNetx’s Safety Scope being sold? If so, where do I go to learn more about it?
A5. SafetyScope is currently in beta-test. It is expected to be released sometime later this year.
