ACUNETX FIXES EYE ON SALES TO LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY, 
LICENSES HAWKEYE™  SYSTEM FROM SUBSIDIARY

TORRANCE, CA., November 6 , 2007 – AcuNetx, Inc. (OTCBB: ANTX), announced today  that it had successfully completed a licensing agreement with its majority-owned  subsidiary, VisioNetx, Inc.  The agreement will permit the company to manufacture  market and distribute the HawkEye™  video system to law enforcement agencies throughout the world. 

Ron Waldorf, CEO of AcuNetx, and the co-inventor of the HawkEye™ product, stated…  ”Both companies stand to benefit from this agreement.  AcuNetx will see revenues  climb as demand for the product grows and VisioNetx will be able to use its  resources to better advntage and concentrate solely on the sale and marketing of  its worker impairment screening products.”  

HawkEye™ - patent pending - is the first product geared for gathering data related  to the “eye signs” of individuals suspected of driving under the influence.   Hawkeye™ is currently being used both as a training tool as well as an evidence- gathering system.  In the later instances it is being employed by officers in the  field to gather data related to the behavior of drivers suspeced of being under  the influence (DUI) as part of the Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) and  Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) protocols.  

According to Waldorf “More and more agencies are using the Hawkeye™ in connection  with the training of field personnel and evaluation of drivers suspected of being  under the influence.  In the not too distant future we see this product being used  in the more than 500,000 police cars that cruise our nation’s hihways.  The impact  on the public’s safety will be significant.”
