Robert S. Corrigan, Chairman, President & CEO

Mr. Corrigan, a longtime senior executive in Corporate Finance and Business Administration.  He has been a Director of the Company since 2005. He enjoys reading, scuba diving, squash and golf.  Mr. Corrigan views the company at a critical time, having to navigate through the multiple challenges to higher profitability presented by the new Healthcare Legislation, a new Medical Device Tax and the uncertainty of potential Medicare cutbacks. Diversification in our product line is all important in the economy and political atmosphere in which we find ourselves.

Jerry Astor, Senior Consultant/Sales & Marketing

Jerry Astor is a senior consultant to the company in the areas of sales, marketing and product development.  He's an avid golfer, a dedicated mountain biker and a collector of Greek, Roman and Meso-American antiquities.

Emery C. Welk, Operations Manager

Emery Welk has been with AcuNetx for over 7 years. He is responsible for overseeing daily company operations, including the construction of Medical and Law Enforcement devices, purchasing, order processing and technical support and deliveries. He enjoys golf and riding his motorcycle.

Alexander Limbert, CPA, Controller

Mr. Limbert is a CPA in the State of California. Alex assists AcuNetx with all of its accounting needs and is integral in the preparations of our SEC Annual and Quarterly filings. He enjoys advancing his skills in the Japanese martial art of Hendo.

Lauren Thaler, Quality Assurance Manager

Lauren supports management by coordinating the company’s general office requirements, such as maintaining our quality control and safety system. She also ships supply orders and assists with accounts receivables. Lauren is state certified in massage and enjoys spending her spare time promoting well-being.

Dick Studdard, Chief Consultant- Law Enforcement Affairs

Mr. Studdard is the founder of the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Program, and is a retired 30 year veteran Sergeant of the Los Angeles Police Department, (LAPD) He is the recipient of the LAPD Distinguished Service Medal and the LAPD Meritorious Unit Medal. In his spare time, Dick can usually be found driving his motorcycle around the US.

Peter Miterko, JD, LLM

Peter is a partner and EVP of Denver Management Advisors, Inc. Peter practiced law in New York City, where he also served as senior associate in compensation and benefits at Carter, Ledyard & Milburn. Peter enjoys skiing the powdery slopes of the Rocky Mountains in his spare time.

Ronald Waldorf

Ron was CEO of Acunetx until his retirement in 2008. He has been a director of  AcuNetx since 1991. In addition to publishing numerous articles on vestibular and opto-kinetic matters, Ron is co-inventor and co-patent holder of most of the company’s devices. In his free time, Ron can be found in the nearest  pool swimming laps, endlessly.

Steven Butler

Steve has been president and CEO of Denver Management Advisors, a compensation and benefits consulting firm since 2007. Prior to that, he was CEO of Startek, Inc., a NYSE-listed firm and CEO and CFO of Verado, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed data center company. Steve spends his spare time with his family and occasionally on the golf course.
