AcuNetx, Inc. (AcuNetx)  was formed in the late 80’s.  Originally known as Eye Dynamics, Inc., it underwent a name change in 2005, following the acquisition of a Colorado-based medical device company.

AcuNetx is composed of three operating units:  IntelliNetx, OrthoNetx and VisioNetx.  The first of these, IntelliNetx, designs, manufactures and markets a line of non-invasive devices for detecting and treating balance disorders.   The second, OrthoNetx, markets a broad line of implantable appliances  that are used by reconstructive surgeons to correct deformities affecting head, arms and leg bones (i.e., cranio-facial, fine and long bones)  The last, VisioNetx , markets  a patented system that can determine without benefit of urine, breath or blood whether an employee is “fit for duty.”
