SmartDevice-Connect Platform
This subsection describes the company's SmartDevice-Connect technology platform and its use in support of AcuNetx products. SmartDevice-Connect (SDC) is designed to connect patients, doctors and the host manufacturer with smart medical devices that sense and send critical information about the device and its physiological environment.
PrivaComp Educate-and-consent
This subsection describes the PrivaComp technology platform. PrivaComp is a technology platform of AcuNetx that provides technology used in obtaining electronically certified informed consent prior to the use of its products. AcuNetx and its subsidiaries use this technology to ensure the proper application of its products by fully informed end-users.
